My name is Golfran A. Rivera, PA-C, but you can call me "G". I have proudly called Fayetteville, NC home since 2015 when I was first stationed at Fort Bragg (now Fort Liberty). Alongside my wife and four children, I actively engage in my community and find joy in our involvement with our local church.

As a former U.S. Army PA, I bring a wealth of expertise in exercise physiology, nutrition, manual therapy, and more. I earned my Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center through the Department of Defense Interservice Physician Assistant Program. I’m certified by the ISSA in Fitness Coaching, Exercise Therapy, Corrective Exercise, and Nutrition Coaching. I have had the honor of serving as the Primary Care Provider for the 2-504 Parachute Infantry Regiment of the 82nd Airborne Division and as a Family Medicine PA at Goshen Medical Center.

My approach to medicine is deeply rooted in the belief that true health involves nurturing the mind, body, and soul. I envision healthcare as both an art and science, dedicated to restoring, promoting, and preserving overall well-being.
