Health Coaching
Health coaching is a partnership between you and me where we work together to help you define your health goals, and establish and implement a plan for you to reach them. We address key components of health such as sleeping patterns, nutrition, exercise, spirituality and other lifestyle choices that play an integral part in your overall wellbeing.
In Person: $125/month
Online: $99/month
Every membership includes a 1-hour consultation where we discuss your goals, any obstacle you may be facing, and establish a plan to help you overcome those obstacles and reach your health goals
Specific Services Include
Accountability: Receive weekly check ins via calls, texts, or emails to help you stay on track.
Movement Assessments (In Person Only): Thorough assessment of your body’s strengths and weakness so that your fitness program fits your ability level.
Nutritional counseling: Improve your relationship with food. Learn how to eat mindfully and how to enjoy food again while you accomplish your health goals!
Mindset Coaching: Identify limiting thought patterns and break through those limitations. Take your thoughts captive and enhance your wellbeing!
Fitness Training: Improve your strength, mobility, and endurance with individually designed fitness programs. Learn the key concepts of fitness training that enable you to take charge of your physical health!
