Services

Primary Care
Fayetteville’s destination for holistic primary care focused on your whole health—mind and body. Services include wellness checks, chronic condition management (like diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease), medication management, health education, and routine lab ordering. I also provide care for acute illness and injury, as well as DOT exams, sports physicals, and North Carolina health assessments—all with a personalized, relationship-based approach.
-
Holistic Pain Relief
A comprehensive approach to managing pain that supports healing without relying on opioids. Treatments include dry needling, manual therapy, corrective exercise, and targeted exercise therapy to restore function and reduce discomfort at the root. Non-opioid pain medications to support your recovery also offered as need to support your goals.
-
Body-Brain Integration Coaching
A health coaching approach designed for peopple experiencing chronic symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, anxiousness, or hormonal concerns that haven’t improved with standard care. Built on the science of psychoneuroendocrinoimmunology (PNEI), it focuses on restoring balance in the nervous system, hormones, immune system, and emotional health—without relying on medications, diagnoses, or protocols. If your labs are normal but you still don’t feel right, this may be the missing link.
-
Hormone Health Review
Hormones play a major role in how you feel—affecting mood, energy, weight, sleep, and more. But symptoms that feel hormonal aren’t always due to a hormone imbalance. In this visit, we’ll review your concerns, discuss your history, and order labs when appropriate to assess thyroid function, reproductive hormones, and related systems. If hormones are contributing to your symptoms, we’ll talk through your options. If they’re not, I’ll help you understand what else might be going on—and what to do next.

MEET PA Golfran aka “G”
My name is Golfran A. Rivera, PA-C, but you can call me "G". I have proudly called Fayetteville, NC home since 2015 when I was first stationed at Fort Bragg. Alongside my wife and four children, I actively engage in my community and find joy in our involvement with our local church.
My approach to medicine is deeply rooted in the belief that true health involves nurturing the mind, body, and soul. I envision healthcare as both an art and science, dedicated to restoring, promoting, and preserving overall well-being.
At my practice, you’ll experience medicine as it's truly intended to be: personal and thoughtful - TrueCare.
MEET MS. Priscilla Locklear, FNP-C
My name is Priscilla Locklear. I’m a board-certified family nurse practitioner with a heart for whole-person care. Long before I became a provider, I was the kind of nurse who always went the extra mile—not just to treat symptoms, but to truly care for people. That desire to do more is what led me to pursue advanced training and become a nurse practitioner.
I’ve worked across many areas of healthcare—home health, hospice, case management, long-term care, dialysis, and postpartum—and through it all, my passion has remained the same: helping people feel seen, heard, and supported. I’m excited to be part of the TrueCare DPC family and offer holistic primary care.
