At TrueCare DPC, I offer Body-Brain Integration Coaching, a science-based approach to helping patients make sense of persistent, unexplained symptoms that don’t show up on labs—but are very real.
Chronic stress and unresolved life experiences often manifest physically as fatigue, headaches, pain, GI issues, sleep disturbances, brain fog, and hormonal concerns. These symptoms may seem unrelated, but they often share a common thread: nervous system dysregulation.
This coaching service is rooted in the science of psychoneuroendocrinoimmunology (PNEI)—the study of how the nervous system, hormones, immune system, and past experiences interact. It draws from the work of Dr. Gabor Maté (Compassionate Inquiry), Dr. Bessel van der Kolk (The Body Keeps the Score), and the principles taught by the Association for the Treatment of Neuroplastic Symptoms (ATNS).
What This Looks Like in Practice:
Personalized Symptom Mapping
We explore your symptoms, history, and patterns to understand how your nervous system and life experiences may be contributing to how you feel.Mind-Body Awareness Techniques
I offer a safe space to explore stress-related triggers and emotional responses using conversation-based, somatic-informed methods.Whole-Person Support
We focus on restoring regulation through lifestyle foundations: nutrition, movement, sleep, relationship health, and spiritual alignment—what I call the Five Pillars of Health.
Is This Therapy?
No. Body-Brain Integration Coaching is not psychotherapy or counseling. It is a health coaching service that supports patients dealing with chronic symptoms of dysregulation who may not benefit from—or have access to—traditional mental health care. This service does not replace therapy but may complement it.
Who Is This For?
You may benefit from Body-Brain Integration Coaching if you’ve been told your labs are normal but still struggle with:
Fatigue
Brain fog
Hormone imbalances
GI symptoms
Headaches
Anxiety or agitation
Unexplained pain
Especially if you’ve tried functional medicine, hormone therapy, or supplements with little improvement.
Stress isn’t just “in your head.” It’s in your body. Let’s explore how your nervous system, history, and environment might be contributing to symptoms that no one has explained yet—and what you can do to feel better.
